En este miércoles light usaremos la proteína estrella para los menús livianos en calorías. ¿Quién no ha llevado a la oficina un poco de lechuga y tomate en un recipiente de plástico con su nombre a plumón en la tapa… y una lata de atún al agua listo para armar? Light ¡pero fome! El arroz puede acompañar perfectamente a este estandarte nacional, porque es bajo en calorías y naturalmente bajo en grasa, y te dará además, mayor sensación de saciedad.
Así que hoy arma tu tupperware con esta rica receta sin culpas, que puede comerse fría o bien calentarla un poco en el microondas de tu casino o cocina de la oficina, mientras esperas a que el de contabilidad venga a aprovechar su hora de almuerzo también.
Ingredientes (2personas)
- 1 ½ taza de arroz Tucapel Gran Selección grado 1
- 1 lata de atún lomitos en agua
- 1 pimiento rojo picado en cubitos finos
- 1 zanahoria picada en cubitos finos
- 1 ajo (optativo)
- 1 bandeja de dientes de dragón (brotes de soja)
- Aceite, sal
1.- Cocina tu arroz de siempre sofriéndolo bien con el pimiento, la zanahoria y el ajo, luego agrega 3 tazas de agua hirviendo y deja a fuego bajo durante 20 minutos.
2.- Estila el atún y deja en un recipiente con los dientes de dragón, vuelca encima el arroz reposado, para que con su calor los ablanden, pero no dejen de estar crocantes. Mezcla y… ¡listo!
Y por supuesto, siempre puedes acompañarla con una rica ensalada fresca de lechuga y tomates. ¿Un tip? Llévala a otro nivel con una limoneta que además de jugo de limón, aceite y sal, puede llevar un poco de mostaza y semillas de amapola.
