Panqueque Mar y Tierra
Los panqueques gratinados que te presentamos a continuación te harán quedar como un experimentado chef ante quienes prueben esta receta. Crujientes y dorados por fuera, pero cremosos por dentro, estos panqueques salados no se destacan sólo por su textura, si no también por su exquisito sabor. Puedes comerlos solos o acompañarlos con la ensalada. Como sea que los prepares, ¡quedarán deliciosos!
Ingredientes (4 personas)
- 250 gramos de harina de arroz Tucapel.
- 1 Litro de leche
- 3 huevos
- 2 cdas. de aceite
Ingredientes salsa bechamel:
- 40gr harina de arroz
- 40gr mantequilla
- 500 cc de leche
- 1 yema de huevo
Ingredientes relleno:
- ¼ de bandeja de Champiñones
- 40 gr Camarones
1.- En un bol, mezcla la harina con los huevos y añade el aceite. Mezcla bien con la leche y deja reposar durante una hora.
2.- Para la salsa bechamel, o salsa blanca, derrite la mantequilla a fuego lento y agrega la harina hasta que obtengas una pasta suave.
3.- Vierte la leche fría de a poco, y revuelve lentamente hasta que espese. Puedes añadir una yema de huevo para darle más suavidad a la salsa.
4.- A continuación, pon a fuego alto una sartén antiadherente con un poco de aceite. Añade con un cucharón un poco de la mezcla de los panqueques y procura cubrir toda la superficie. Con cuidado, da vuelta el panqueque para cocinar por el otro lado. Repite hasta acabar la mezcla.
5.- Luego de saltear los champiñones y los camarones en un sartén, dobla un panqueque a la mitad, rellena con camarones, champiñones y tres cucharadas de salsa bechamel, y dobla a la mitad, tal como aparece en la fotografía.
6.-Finalmente, pon el queso sobre los panqueques ya rellenados, gratina en el horno y están listos para servir.
